With the vacation season wrapping up, September marked the start of numerous training sessions once again! Starting this month, weāre excited to include updates from India Training Center alongside Korea Training Center. Letās take a quick look at the training programs that unfolded in both regions.

Korea Training Center
1ļøā£MH Dealer service newcomers onboarding training
Date: September 9thā11th, 2025 (Tuesday to Thursday, 3 days, 2 nights)
Venue: ALAO Training Center (Korea)
Purpose: Enhancing service capabilities of new domestic dealer employees via MH (Material Handling) service training.
Participants: 13
Training Summary & Highlights
Participants demonstrated dedication, actively engaging in foundational yet effective service learning.
Training feedback revealed high satisfaction levels.
Interactive sessions, including Q&A format, ensured that even basic concepts were thoroughly covered.
High efficiency noted with teaching aids such as MCV & T/M models in practical demonstrations to prevent errors in real-world application.
Used 3D Modeling Tools effectively to identify hard-to-locate components and visualize vehicle structures, benefitting new employees greatly.
Smart Learning: Mobile education platform used during sessions to improve accessibility and familiarize trainees with the process.
This training struck the perfect balance between theory and hands-on learning, empowering new employees with practical insights and tools to handle service challenges confidently.

Training Highlights
sales professionals globally.
Australian dealers expressed high satisfaction with the session, particularly appreciating discussions on target customers, successful sales cases, and leveraging MT100's performance to cross-sell other Bobcat products.
The trainer presented a spec comparison with competitor models, prompting participants to identify critical selling points that could differentiate MT100 in their markets.
Key segments such as customer needs, application scenarios, and sales strategies were covered, equipping attendees with actionable steps to optimize their MT100 sales approach.
This online program provided significant value in understanding how MT100 fits within the broader Bobcat portfolio while exploring its competitive advantages.

Core Training Highlights
The program maintained a balanced 50:50 split between classroom theory and hands-on practice, encouraging trainees to actively apply troubleshooting methods.
Focused Hands-On Problem Solving
Trainees actively engaged in cases involving common faults like:
FWD/REV fuse damage
Inoperable turbocharger issues (G2 engine)
DPF blockages and regeneration errors
Errors due to environmental challenges, such as dust and excess heat
Dynamic Learning Environment
The presence of experienced participants enriched the learning experience, fostering valuable discussions between trainers and trainees.
Team-based practical exercises built a collaborative spirit and encouraged proactive troubleshooting leadership, particularly for newer employees.

India Training Center

Date: 09th to 12th September 2025 (Tuesday - Friday)
Participants: 9 skilled service engineers, actively participated to better understand Bobcatās Skid Steer Loader systems.
Trainer: V G Balaji
Tools Used
Remote Start Tool, Service Analyzer, Passport My Machine for live testing and adjustments.
Key Coverage Areas
Basics of SSL Systems: Explored the foundation and operational aspects of Skid Steer Loader systems.
Hydraulic & Electrical Systems: Circuit tracing and theory sessions for deeper knowledge.
Hands-On Experience: Component identification and service analyzer usage for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Testing & Adjustments
This practical, result-driven training aimed to ensure participants walked away with enhanced technical competence and a better grasp of servicing and adjusting SSL variants effectively.
2ļøā£ Backhoe Loader Product Training
Venue: ALAO IND Training Centre, Tamil Nadu, India
Date: 02nd to 04th September 2025 (Tuesday - Thursday)
Participants: 12 professionals from 05 different cross-functional departments actively joined this hands-on learning program.

Collaborative sessions with an engaging mixture of theoretical learning, component identification, testing and adjustments.
Core Coverage Areas
Focused on models B900 CEV V and B760 T4, this 3-day program provided in-depth knowledge and practical exposure for Indian Backhoe Loader systems.
Introduction to BHL Systems: Comprehensive insight into complete Backhoe Loader mechanisms.
In-Depth Theory Sessions: Covered essential categories such as Engine Systems, Hydraulics, Electricals, Transmission, and Axle Systems.
Hands-On Training
Practical component identification (Hydraulic, Electrical, and Electronics).
Usage of Doosan Service Analyzer for diagnosis and troubleshooting.
Hydraulic Circuit and Electrical Schematic Tracing activities.
Both centers actively engaged participants in lively discussions, real-world applications, and skill-building exercises. These programs aim to empower our dealers with the tools they need to thrive in working environment.
