ALAO Training – April Training Highlights

In April, the ALAO Training Center successfully delivered a wide range of product and service training programs for dealers, further strengthening global dealer capabilities and service quality.


Through a mix of on-site training and VILT (Virtual Instructor-Led Training), ALAO provided role- and region-specific programs that effectively addressed dealer needs while demonstrating the center’s robust training infrastructure and expertise.

This session marked the first case of joint training conducted at a single location for two dealers, with participants from Thailand dealer R. HANK SUPPLY, newly appointed MH & CP dealer.


R-hank, previously operating Bobcat PP business, has expanded its portfolio this year to include CP and MH businesses.

This program played a meaningful role in supporting the successful expansion of a new dealer while promoting regional collaboration and knowledge sharing.



This session marked the first forklift product training delivered to Lift Equipt, focusing on clearly communicating the product concept and key competitive advantages of the B15NT.

Despite being delivered virtually, the training successfully conveyed core product value and provided practical insights to support future sales activities.



B25NS and D25NXP service training was delivered to AMPS managers of the Doosan Bobcat India.

The program focused on enhancing managerial-level understanding of Bobcat’s forklift lineup and key models. By strengthening service expertise at the management level, this training is expected to contribute to improved service quality for Indian forklift dealers and customers.




India |TVS B15NT Product Training (April 27) - VILT

B15NT product training was conducted via VILT for TVS salesmen.

Participants demonstrated high levels of engagement, actively asking questions about the product and its fundamental concepts.The session effectively enhanced product understanding and confidence, enabling sales staff to better communicate B15NT value propositions in the field.


From April 27 to 28, service technicians from WINLIFT Taiwan visited the Korea Training Center to participate in service training for B50S9 and B25X-7.

By utilizing actual equipment available at the training center, the program delivered high-quality, hands-on service training.Participants gained practical experience and deeper technical understanding, reinforcing their ability to respond to real-world service situations.

B900 Trans & Axle O/H Platinum (Apr 10)


  • Theory session - Covered transmission, axle, hydraulic circuits, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting

  • Practical session - Included hands-on disassembly/assembly, shaft analysis, torque checks, scan tool demonstration



BHL & SSL CEV V (Apr 22)


  • The training was Comprehensive theory and practice on engine, hydraulics, electricals, diagnostics, and circuit tracing for BHL and SSL CEV V

  • Hands-on component identification, hydraulic/electrical tracing, pressure and stall tests

and dealer-specific needs.
