2ļøāƒ£ Japan Dealer Training

ALAO Trianing Center conducted a specialized MH Service Training for the DBJP (Doosan Bobcat Japan) dealer, Katagiri Kikai, at their site in Japan. With Katagiri Kikai being one of Japan's largest dealers, the training focused on equipping their team to handle Bobcat's large-scale forklifts, including the newly introduced D100/160S-9 Tier4 models.

  • Location: Katagiri Kikai Dealer Site, Japan.

  • Audience: Bobcat Japan dealers and key sales/service representatives

  • Highlights:

    • Interactive Approach

      • Frequent Q&A sessions ensured the dealers actively engaged.

      • Participants surprised us with their enthusiastic responses, making the training lively and productive.

    • Additional Training

      • While the focus was on D100/160S-9 models, brief sessions were conducted for small machines (D25NXS, D50SC-9), prioritizing the dealer’s needs.

Katagiri Kikai took their first steps toward mastering large forklifts with this session. Their keen interest in Bobcat products—both large and small—reflects strong growth potential in the Japanese market.

Expect follow-up support to further enhance operational efficiency and sales performance.
