How to Use Smart Learning

1. Access.

   1. Enter to the Service Portal (https://service.doosan-iv.com/)

   2. Sign into the portal. If you have any question about account, please contact your regional Bobcat PS manager.

   3. Click [Service Training] at the menu bar, and click [Service Training] menu again.

   4. Then the Smart Learning page will pop up.

      
      

      

      Sign into the Service Portal first.

      

      Click Service Training from the menu bar. Then the Smart Learning page will pop up.

      

      This is the main page of Smart Learning.

      
      
      
      

2. Browsing

   There are 2 ways to search courses.

   1. Search keyword of the course you want to take or,

   2. Follow Learning path provided by Training Center.

   3. Click the course title and get more information about the courses

   4. Click TAKE THIS COURSE button to start learning

      
      
      
      

      

      You can search the course with course name or course ID (a). Or hover the mouse ALL COURSES (b), you can browse the courses by level.

      

      The service training system is consist of 4 level, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. If you want to take a course regarding sepcific model, then you should go to Platinum level. Bronze, Silve and Gold are mostly theories that give you a background of service knowledge.

      
      

      

      Click the course title and read carefully course description. If you click TAKE THIS COURSE button, you will be enrolled at this course.

      
      
      
      

Recommendations for Success

1. Following Learning Path

   Learning paths are organized by model group and training level, so that you can learn from basic to advanced programs. If you are a newcomer to Bobcat, it would be a perfect guideline for gaining professional knowledge of your field.

   
   

2. Using for preview and review

   Normally, people remember 10-20% of an offline lecture and understand what they learn through time spent studying on their own. It is useful to use online courses as a preview/review of offline training; you can easily understand and remember what you've learned. Study smart!

3. Certificate
