[News] Smart Learning Retirement Plan - All new Bobcat University is on the way!

The migration to the integrated Bobcat University is progressing smoothly.

Once the system integration is complete, you’ll enjoy convenient learning with a wide range of content on a single platform.

As introduced in last month’s newsletter, the data cutover was completed on November 17, and we are currently migrating data to the new system.

Here’s what’s next in the migration plan:

December 8

Smart Learning Transcript Cutover

📢Only training records completed before December 8 will be transferred to Bobcat University.

Results from courses taken after this date will not be migrated, so please finish important training early.

December 8 – Early January

Data Migration & System Preparation

You can still learn on Smart Learning, but your results during this period will not be moved to Bobcat University.

December 15

Bobcat University Account Activation Email

Existing Smart Learning users will receive an account activation email.

📢 Please verify your account within 72 hours of receiving the email.

In early January, ALL NEW Bobcat University will come!🎈

& Smart Learning will be retired.

Once Smart Learning access ends,

all online training will be available only through Bobcat University.
