Welcome to the first session of the <ALAO Training Inside> series, where we'll dive into the Bobcat's ALAO Training Center and its program.

Today, let's start by exploring what the ALAO Training Center is all about - what we offer, our goal, features and what you can take advantages from our program.

1. About ALAO Training Center

ALAO represents Asia, Latin Ameria and Oceania, covering Bobcat dealers in these diverse regions.

We covers such a broad area worldwide - various langugues, multiple timezones, diverse cultures, business, customers, and market environments.

Despite this barriers, we are trying to provide effective and useful training programs for our Bobcat dealers.

• Strengthen ALAO dealer capabilities through training and support dealers business growth

• Enhance customer satisfaction through standardized dealer capabilities

2. Our Facility and Program

ALAO has 3 Training Centers in KOREA, CHINA, and INDIA.

1. KOREA Training Center

The Korea Training Center (TC) is a mother training hub of ALAO region.

Korea TC governs China/ India TCs that builds ALAO training policy, controls training quality and manages all the on/offline trainings.

Korea TC is specialized in MH Service training which located in Material Handling footprint, providing MH line tour during newcomers onboarding training the trainees can see the manufacturing process.

Online learning contents are mainly created by KR trainers, online learning platform - which are Bobcat University and Smart Learning is also managed by Korea TC.

2. China Training Center

The China Training Center is located in Suzhou Industrial Park, perfoming CP and MH Training for China dealers as an ALAO satelite Training Center.

China TC is providing Virtual learning through Studio as well as online training tailored for China, and specialized for MH NX and BNS Series, which produced in China footprint.

3. INDIA Traininc Center

The India Training Center is also one of the satelite TC of ALAO, located in Bobcat Chennai Footprint, where the production hub of Backhoe loaders.

India TC is newly built in 2025, equipped with the latest IT infrastructures for training.

India TC is specilalized in Backhoe Training and also offers Skid Steer Loaders and Mini-Excavators training program covering all ALAO regions as well as mainly India dealers.
