How to Use Bobcat University

1. Connect

   1. Enter the Bobcat Dealer Portal. (https://dealer.bobcat.com)

   2. Sign into the Portal

   3. Click <Bobcat University> at the Asia, Latin America and Oceania section.

When you enter the portal, this page will be shown. Please sign-in with your ID. If you don't have the account or need any help regarding connecting, Click "Help" and Chat/ Call with your helpdesk.

If you are successfully sign-in, this page will be shown.

This is the main page of ALAO Bobcat University. You are ready for browsing online training contents.

2. Browse

   There are 2 ways to search courses.

   1. Search keyword of the course you want to take or,

   2. Follow Learning path provided by Training Center.

   3. Click the course title and get more information about the courses

   4. Click LAUNCH button to start learning

   

   Search key word or Browse Learning Path. To check the learning path, click the learning path model by fields. It is located in the middle of the main page.

   
   

   

   Learning paths are organized by model groups and level. You can simply choose which product you want to learn and which level you are.

   
   

   

   Each level consists of the corresponding courses.

   
   

   

   Click the course title and Launch the course what you want to take.

1. Following Learning Path

   Learning paths are organized by model group and training level, so that you can learn from basic to advanced programs. If you are a newcomer to Bobcat, it would be a perfect guideline for gaining professional knowledge for your business.

   
   

2. Using for preview and review

   Normally, people remember 10-20% of an offline lecture and understand what they learn through time spent studying on their own. It is useful to use online courses as a preview/review of offline training; you can easily understand and remember what you've learned. Study smart!

2. Course Error

   You successfully access to the ALAO Bobcat University, but you don't have proper privileges for taking course?

   Or Something error happened?

   - Contact your Bobcat Regional manager or E-mail to the ALAO training center directly.

3. Certificate

   Certificate of training will be issued when you complete the whole courses of each level. It is not provided by course.
